1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Skytteappen ("the App"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Skytteappen is a mobile app for tracking shooting results, managing weapons, and participating in shooting clubs. The App offers both free and paid features.

3. User Account

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Only use the App for lawful purposes
  • Not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Not use the App for commercial purposes without our approval
  • Respect other users' privacy

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (images, data). By uploading content, you grant us the right to store, display, and process it to provide the service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store or Google Play
  • No refunds are given for partially used subscription periods

7. AI Analysis

Our AI analysis of target images is intended as a training tool and should not be considered professional advice. Results may vary and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the analyses. You should always consult a qualified coach for professional guidance.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account if you violate these terms. You can terminate your account at any time via the settings in the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If this fails, the dispute shall be settled by Swedish courts.
